I met Meghan this past winter when it was still cold out and we anxiously awaited warmer weather for her and Jeremy’s engagement session. We were so thankful that it turned out to be a gorgeous spring day! We started off in the tiny town of Palmyra where Meghan works. There we found an interesting juxtaposition (a favorite word of one of my college professors!) of the old and new courthouses. I was definitely drawn to the architecture of the old buildings.
Around the new courthouse….

Love these next two images.

Meghan is so pretty and she is just about the sweetest person too.

Jeremy was a bit quieter, but he did a great job and was a good sport.

And around the old courthouse….

I loved her dress – it had pockets! ![]()

So sweet.

Then we went to a historical location just down the road called Pleasant Grove.

And finally, up a hill into a field to catch some of the glowing late day light.

I really like this picture too.

We photographed Meghan’s bridal session a couple of weeks ago and can’t wait to share the pictures with you, but we have to wait until after her August wedding. Her dress is a surprise for Jeremy!
